Dill Falls, North Carolina

We first visited this waterfall in 2003. We liked this one because we could drive almost to the falls and there was no one there but us. A Geocache was located within 100 feet of the waterfall. Many of the waterfalls we visited in the early 2000's were because of nearby Geocaches.

We returned on a later trip to the area but the access road was closed and we were not up for a long hike.

But our last visit in 2009 went well and we again were able to drive almost to the waterfall. This is a pretty waterfall that is easy to access if the road is not closed.
